We are constantly working to improve and better our services. At this time the videos / tutorials on offer here in our site can be viewed with valid Gmail accounts only / YouTube account. Please ensure before buying a package that you are registering with your Valid Gmail account to avail smooth uninterrupted services. Also please note that while our Endeavour is to provide instant service to our website users, however at times it may take us 3-4 working days before your servicers are activated. This is very rare however the occurrence cannot be ruled out once in a while. We request you to be patient and allow us this time period before your viewer services can be activated once the payment is made. We are also bound by technology & Human Resources and operate in working hours Mon-Saturday 10Am-7Pm.
Please note that we may use YOUTUBE Private Viewership as a medium of showcasing video/ Tutorials. We shall not be held responsible for any technical glitch/ problem occurring from YOUTUBE. This has very rarely occurred but we hold no responsibility as such that this kind of a problem may not occur. Also, through this you are also agree to the user policies of YOUTUBE. We are also trying to upgrade to latest technology & may from time to change our systems and we may use or offer other mediums of viewership.
(D) Online Video Tutorial Classes- Rules:
SCM offers Baking Tutorial Classes & imparting of skills through pre-recorded & live streaming Tutorial classes and sessions. SCM may use any medium to share its work/ student’s work/ photos/ videos/ testimonials/ interviews of group classes, Events & online or offline sessions on the Social media ( including but not restricted to ) like Gmail, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom.us, Vimeo, WhatsApp, Pinterest, LinkedIn and others and it’s not bound by or restricted to these media only and reserves the right to switch to any other medium without any prior notification.
SCM also uses these social media to form Support groups and may pass on information through these media to their students who are added to these social media groups for learning and sharing. In all these groups SCM represented by Sangeeta Roy Ghosh or any of its employees are the administrators of the group and have full rights and control of the group at any given point of time. The students/ users / members of these groups are required to strictly follow the rules of the group which are informed to all at the very outset and from time to time. Some Rules that need to be followed are given below
1. Questions already answered in the Q and A sessions will not be repeated.
2. Please be kind enough to help each other.
3. Maintain a decorum in the group. * NO chit chat please. * NO Hi/Hellos* NO good morning/evening wishes * NO forward messages* NO plagiarism * NO profanity
4. Be courteous to your fellow bakers.
5. Post your own content only
6. Members can only post their own work that they have learnt after taking class.
7. Discussions should be strictly around the queries/doubts you have while working with Baking course that you have opted for as taught in the class. 8. 9. Anybody violating the above rules will be removed from the group permanently.
10. The Admin reserves the right to take any decision on behalf of the running, maintenance and the content that is to be circulated in the group. Any Kind of indiscipline or misdemeanour will not be tolerated. 11. The Right to keep the group active, running or dismantling, splitting and closing the group at any point of time remains with the Admins & Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra without any prior notice and or explanation.
(E) Certificate:
Sangeeta Roy Ghosh/ SCM may issue certificates of competition or participation to their students on the successful competition of a Baking Course. The decision to impart a certificate to a student lies totally with Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra/Sangeeta Roy Ghosh/ Subhash Ghosh individually or collectively. or any other authorized representative of the Company. Please Note just merely paying or enrolling for a Baking Course (Online or Physical) does not qualify the user for a certificate. Once the designated course tenure is over and the due works & assignments are completed by the students or as directed by SCM designated Teacher will make a student eligible for an assessment of the work, after which the certificate may be issued if all the criterions are met. The sole decision regarding the certificate lies with us. Please note We are not affiliated with any other Institute or University (deemed or otherwise)
(F) Social Media/ Usage / Videography / CCTV surveillance
(i) This is to inform that Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra and all it’s Venues whether office, Studio, any external event Venue ( owned or outsourced) are under CCTV surveillances. We are not liable to anyone to provide any CCTV footage to any customer/ visitor.
(ii) Media Coverage
Policy:
SCM employs various media channels, including but not limited to social media, for its promotional campaigns, advertisements, and publicity. This encompasses the capturing of photographs, videos, testimonials, and interviews featuring our customers or students participating in group classes, whether conducted offline or through any online medium. These media materials may be periodically published as deemed necessary by SCM.
To accommodate customers who prefer that SCM does not utilize or publish any of their photographs, videos, testimonials, or interviews in any media format, we offer Personal Classes. Personal Classes come with a distinct fee structure, ensuring participants receive exclusive services. If any individual wishes to exercise this option, they must explicitly communicate their preference in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or any other written form), and such communication should be acknowledged by the SCM team before making a payment or booking for any class or group session.
It is imperative to note that SCM bears no responsibility to inform customers about these options, as Personal Classes are considered privileged and customized services designed at a premium price point. Upon making a payment for any class/ cake order, it is assumed that customers have thoroughly read and understood all the terms and conditions in their entirety, and that they have done so in a state of full consciousness.
(iii) Please note SCM content is Copyrighted & any kind of videography/ Photography/ Live Streaming is strictly prohibited in any Venues of Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra’s Classes/ sessions / whether owned or outsourced. Anyone found recording / streaming / sharing any media without any written consent will be liable to face legal consequences.
Indemnity
The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company/ Individual owner of Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of www.sangeetascookingmantra.com or their breach of the terms.
Liability
User agrees that neither Sangeeta Roy Ghosh/ Subhash Ghosh/ Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra / Company nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.
User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

The user is using the services for making the payments at their own risk. While we will ensure full support to our customers in fighting out any odds but in case of any disputes, we will follow the procedure as advised by the Gateway service provider.
All Disputes are subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction. We may from time to time change the Payment Gateway service provider or add multiple providers in the future which we are not bound to inform anyone so kindly keep refreshing this section terms and conditions from time to time to be aware of the latest terms and conditions. We also use and accept PAYTM, BANK TRANSFERS CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD & other Wallet Payment channels.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Before signing up please read the terms and conditions carefully. Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra will not be liable for any misunderstanding from the customer’s viewpoint. Once you sign up by making the payment it is considered that you have understood all terms and conditions of this website in your full senses.
Payments once made for any package are non-refundable:
Under no circumstances will there be any refund of any service ordered whether availed or not. So please read and understand all terms and conditions before you sign up. All packages/ subscription to Videos/ Online or OFFLINE Baking Classes and Videos /any other Tutorial videos or any other services offered by Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra/ Sangeeta Roy Ghosh/ Subhash Ghosh have validity dates & either manually /or on Auto Mode will end unless until renewed as per policy of the website/ Owners. If you still wish to cancel the subscription/ your account kindly email us at [email protected] (please note there will be no refund of any fee paid in full/partial any mode whatsoever)
There may be some offers by Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra which may offer refund value on the conditions offered, which is totally to the sole discretion of SCM. Any such campaign will have clear instructions. Unless and until any specific campaign / product / Service is launched in which any refund option is offered please do not assume any refund for any services bought from SCM.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy and General Rules for Offline Classes & Events
We are an organisation run by humans and will do our best to accommodate as much as possible however this is not a binding factor and any exceptions to any of the policies are only to the sole discretion of Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra/ Sangeeta Ghosh or any of the representatives. This point cannot be held legally binding & Once you sign up by making the payment it is considered that you have understood all terms and conditions of this website/ Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantras Services and Products in your full senses.
1. We have curated our products & services (including but not limited to offline/ online baking, Cooking & Cake decorating classes, Cake orders & or any other product /services) made and offered are totally customer centric and are very value driven. Our endeavour is to give the best possible quality and experience to our customers at the minimum possible price. Hence, we recommend our customers to ensure they are absolutely sure about what they are signing up for. Over the years we have served thousands of happy customers all over the world. Please check our reviews on Social media & Google. We have loads of them. Please check all our Social Media handles and channels to understand the quality of our products and services that we offer. We may give out and share all the details of our products and services either through chat/ social media or over a voice call. Hence once any class/ Event (Offline or online) & or Cake order is registered/ booked by making a payment we assume you have understood all the terms and conditions in your full consciousness. A lot of preparation Mental & physical preparation including expensive raw materials goes into prepping & offering our classes by our teams, to give the best experience and learning for our students. Due to limited seating , group or personal classes with minimum ticket sizes, we request that you cancel your Offline/ physical class booking only if it’s unavoidable at least 25 days before a scheduled class/event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by 1st calling us at our helpline no. +91 7827332921 & subsequently sending us a chat/ request over Whatsapp/ email. We offer you a student’s credit if you cancel 25 days before the class/ event, however we do not offer any refund under any circumstances. You may use these credits towards any future class. (subject to the seat availability, booking & the price prevalent for the nearest future class) All rights reserved by SCM.
3. Any Cancellations made 25 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% credit adjustment of the fee paid towards a future-class*.
4. Any Cancellations made 15 days in advance will incur a 10% / Rs 1100/- ( whichever is higher ) rescheduling charge of the total class Fee & the balance will be adjusted towards a Future-class*
5. Any Cancellations made upto 7 days in advance will incur a 20% / Rs 2200/- ( whichever is higher ) rescheduling charge of the total class Fee & the balance will be adjusted towards a Future-Class*
6. Any cancellation made within 4 days to the class/ event will not be eligible for any adjustment and the entire fee deposited will be forfeited. In such a case the student can transfer his/ her seat or nominate someone else to attend the class with SCM’s prior approval and all terms & conditions are automatically applicable to the attendee.
7. * In case of a class cancellation the credits are given subject to the following conditions. The credit adjustment and rescheduling of classes is only allowed once. To be eligible for the rescheduling of the class one has to pay the balance in full of class/ course fee,10 days in advance of the future allocated class.
8. Any cancellation by the student of a re-scheduled class offered calls for a 100% forfeiture of the entire fee. Any dues/ Outstanding balance payments need to be made before the class begins failing which the student will not be allowed to take the class.
9. A full refund will be offered to the customer only in case a Class is either cancelled by Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra, due to any unforeseeable natural calamity or A Lockdown due to a Pandemic.
Rules and advisory for attending and participation in the classes/ Events organised by Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra. Offline/ Physical events and classes Please note the terms and conditions for a best learning experience. *WEARING A MASK is always compulsory. Without a mask you will not be allowed in the class.*
1. Please ensure that you reach the class venue at the scheduled time as a courtesy to your fellow students. SCM will not be responsible for any loss of content for latecomers.
2. SCM course modules/ content are copyright of Sangeeta Roy Ghosh registered under Copyright Act certificate Number 3599/2019-CO/CF & Trade Mark Act 1999, Ref. No: 2991204. Any Kind of video/ Audio recording/ Photography is strictly prohibited in the Class. Any violation may lead to the termination of the student from class for which no refund shall be issued.
3. For the best learning experience SCM follows a structured format so that each & every student can learn and make the best from the limited time available. Students are expected to maintain discipline & decorum in class & follow the instructions of the Teacher/instructor.
4. SCM provides their students with a Vegetarian working lunch which may include any one of the following Food products; Either Sandwiches or Burger or Pizzas or Indian Food depending upon the availability and venue of the class. Morning/ Evening Tea or coffee along with Cookies/Biscuits is also served. In case of any allergies to the above-mentioned foods or other tastes/preference the student is advised to carry their own lunch.
7. SCM staff and employees are like our family. They are here to help us run the class smoothly and finish the course in time. Please refrain from making any additional request or demands like ordering beverage/ food/ or asking them to run any other errand as they are answerable only to the SCM management. Please do not expect them to be your Man-Fridays or domestic help.
8. SCM Venues are completely NO-SMOKING ZONES. In case you wish to smoke please ask the SCM Instructor/ in-charge for the appropriate place. Kindly use Ashtrays & not throw around Cigarette stubs and or litter the premises.
9. For the timely completion of the course module, Escorts are not allowed inside the class/ Event premises. Parents/ Mothers Kindly note toddlers/ infants/ kids (irrespective of age) are not allowed to accompany the mother or stay in the class/venue.
10. Please be courteous to your Teacher, Fellow Students and the SCM support staff. Kindly use parliamentary language in the classes/ event.Please follow the instructions of the Teacher & support staff at the venues. Any kind of misdemeanour or disrespect will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of the Students’ seat from the designated class.
11. Any Disputes/Arbitration is subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the information Technology Act, 2000. SCM may use any medium to share its work,Social media like Gmail, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom.us, Vimeo, WhatsApp, Pinterest, LinkedIn and others and it’s not bound by or restricted to these media only and reserves the right to switch to any other medium without any prior notification.
SCM also uses these social media to form Support groups and may pass on information through these media to their students who are added to these social media groups for learning and sharing. In all these groups SCM represented by Sangeeta Roy Ghosh or any of its employees are the administrators of the group and have full rights and control of the group at any given point of time. The students/ users / members of these groups are required to strictly follow the rules of the group which are informed to all at the very outset and from time to time. Some Rules that need to be followed are given below :

2. Please be kind enough to help each other.

Sangeeta Roy Ghosh/ SCM may issue certificates of competition or participation to their students on the successful competition of a Baking Course. The decision to impart a certificate to a student lies totally with Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra/Sangeeta Roy Ghosh/ Subhash Ghosh individually or collectively. or any other authorized representative of the Company. Please Note just merely paying or enrolling for a Baking Course (Online or Physical) does not qualify the user for a certificate. Once the designated course tenure is over and the due works & assignments are completed by the students or as directed by SCM designated Teacher will make a student eligible for an assessment of the work, after which the certificate may be issued if all the criterions are met. The sole decision regarding the certificate lies with us. Please note We are not affiliated with any other Institute or University (deemed or otherwise)
Indemnity
The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company/ Individual owner of Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of www.sangeetascookingmantra.com or their breach of the terms.

A lot of preparation Mental & physical preparation including expensive raw materials goes into prepping & offering our classes by our teams, to give the best experience and learning for our students. Due to limited seating and low ticket sizes, we request that you cancel your Offline/ physical class booking only if it’s unavoidable at least 15 days before a scheduled class/event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by 1st calling us at our helpline no. +91 7827332921 & subsequently sending us a chat/ request over Whatsapp/ email. We offer you a student’s credit if you cancel 15 days before the class/ event,however we do not offer any refund under any circumstances. You may use these credits towards any future class. 3. Any Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% credit adjustment of the fee paid towards a future-class*.
4. Any Cancellations made 8 days in advance will incur a 10% / Rs 1100/- ( whichever is higher ) rescheduling charge of the total class Fee & the balance will be adjusted towards a Future-class*
5. Any Cancellations made upto 3 days in advance will incur a 20% / Rs 2200/- ( whichever is higher ) rescheduling charge of the total class Fee & the balance will be adjusted towards a Future-Class*
6. Any cancellation made within 3 days to the class/ event will not be eligible for any adjustment and the entire fee deposited will be forfeited. In such a case the student can transfer his/ her seat or nominate someone else to attend the class with SCM’s prior approval and all terms & conditions are automatically applicable to the attendee.
7. * In case of a class cancellation the credits are given subject to the following conditions. The credit adjustment and rescheduling of classes is only allowed once. To be eligible for the rescheduling of the class one has to pay the balance in full of class/ course fee,10 days in advance of the future allocated class.
8. Any cancellation by the student of a re-scheduled class offered calls for a 100% forfeiture of the entire fee. Any dues/ Outstanding balance payments need to be made before the class begins failing which the student will not be allowed to take the class.
9. A full refund will be offered to the customer only in case a Class is either cancelled by Sangeeta’s Cooking Mantra, due to any unforeseeable natural calamity or A Lockdown due to a Pandemic.

1. Please ensure that you reach the class venue at the scheduled time as a courtesy to your fellow students. SCM will not be responsible for any loss of content for latecomers.
2. SCM course modules/ content are copyright of Sangeeta Roy Ghosh registered under Copyright Act certificate Number 3599/2019-CO/CF & Trade Mark Act 1999, Ref. No: 2991204. Any Kind of video/ Audio recording/ Photography is strictly prohibited in the Class. Any violation may lead to the termination of the student from class for which no refund shall be issued.
3. For the best learning experience SCM follows a structured format so that each & every student can learn and make the best from the limited time available. Students are expected to maintain discipline & decorum in class & follow the instructions of the Teacher/instructor.
4. SCM provides their students with a Vegetarian working lunch which may include any one of the following Food products; Either Sandwiches or Burger or Pizzas or Indian Food depending upon the availability and venue of the class. Morning/ Evening Tea or coffee along with Cookies/Biscuits is also served. In case of any allergies to the above-mentioned foods or other tastes/preference the student is advised to carry their own lunch.
7. SCM staff and employees are like our family. They are here to help us run the class smoothly and finish the course in time. Please refrain from making any additional request or demands like ordering beverage/ food/ or asking them to run any other errand as they are answerable only to the SCM management. Please do not expect them to be your Man-Fridays or domestic help.
8. SCM Venues are completely NO-SMOKING ZONES. In case you wish to smoke please ask the SCM Instructor/ in-charge for the appropriate place. Kindly use Ashtrays & not throw around Cigarette stubs and or litter the premises.
9. For the timely completion of the course module, Escorts are not allowed inside the class/ Event premises. Parents/ Mothers Kindly note toddlers/ infants/ kids (irrespective of age) are not allowed to accompany the mother or stay in the class/venue.
10. Please be courteous to your Teacher, Fellow Students and the SCM support staff.
